School visits
When not writing, I’m a primary school teacher, so love meeting readers (children or adults) to talk about writing in-person or online.
The key message is that everyone can be an author and that reading is key. I’m half-Indian and an Empathy Lab trained author, so also talk about the importance of diversity and empathy in fiction.
My sessions work for Y3-Y8, for small groups or assemblies (up to 250 pupils). They’re interactive and pacey, and include follow-up activities.
Virtual Visit: Anyone can be an author (45 minutes, £75)
